Amidst a day of comprehensive coverage, I joined a team of undercover reporters deployed to hospitals across England, providing insights from frustrated NHS staff and patients. Braving freezing temperatures, I was on the ground in Manchester, capturing firsthand accounts and reporting on the atmosphere for the BBC News live page, Inside A&E.
